Purrs for Stanley

Our friend Angela's family is having a hard year. In February, they lost their cat Chaz suddenly to cancer. They adopted Stanley, a 2 year old cat from their local shelter.

Stanley has had a cough, and recently the vet took x-rays. The x-rays showed some white areas, so tomorrow Stanley is getting a tracheal wash to better diagnose what's going on. It could be asthma, a bacterial or fungal infection or, we hope not, cancer.

We are sending purrs out to Stanley and his family.
We hope the test comes back as something very treatable.
