Thread on wooden spools

I love wooden thread spools. Recently, I found a sack of them at a thrift store for $3. 
I got 14 wood spools, plus about a dozen others. Please indulge me as I share my find.

I think your find is great!

My mum's sewing basket (you know the big old fashioned kind) used to fascinate me as a little girl. All brightly coloured threads, spools, silver thimbles and the lid was lined with satin...it was a treasure trove
