A special Easter card (and cookies)

Yesterday, I got a special Easter card in the mail from my friend Roberta (who has Mr. Whiskers, who is ailing but holding on). I was so tickled--she made the kitties look like our gang! Even the eggs have their initials. I hope you read this post, Roberta. You made my day.

Here's a bonus: a photo of some Easter cookies I recently decorated.

Thank you, Rene. You made my day. Loved your cute and yummy looking cookies. I suddenly realized I should have put blue bunny ears on two of the kitties.

Hi Rene! That is such a cute card! We have missed seeing you all! We saw that you did your egg dying again this year - it is so cool. And oh, those cookies look so tasty - but I could only eat the egg ones (I can't eat cute animal shaped things - never even ate a chocolate bunny, they would just sit in the fridge til mom would toss them out). And boy that is a super cute card - Roberta is super talented!

Roberta is such a great artist...I love getting ATC's from her...we exchange those instead of cards...your furry bunch looks so cute in her card. I would love to have a cuppa tea and eat some of those yummy cookies with you!
Blessings from the cozy cottage
