Tucker gets an award

It's been a long time since we've gotten an award, but Natalie over at The Adventures of Scarlett and Melly gave one to Tucker. We are supposed to share an illuminating fact about him.

How could you choose just one fact, mom?

I thought a lot about this, and here goes: Tucker was one of a litter of four born to a stray cat (who lived on my brother-in-law's grandma's property). The other three cats were similar in color to him but had long hair. No one chose him because he had short hair. Circumstances in my life allowed for me to adopt a kitten, so I chose him sight unseen.

I think I got the best cat of the bunch.

Aww, that's a great story! Tucker is such a cutie. I can't believe no one chose him just because of his short hair, but that certainly worked out great for you and for Tucker!
