Ringo discovers canning

This is Ringo. Mom got out this GIANT pot and some other stuff I haven't ever seen before.

There's an interesting smell in the air too but I don't know what it is.

Maybe if I'm cute she'll give me some of what she's making!

Note from Rene: I was making blueberry jam.

Hey Ringo, what is that pink thing?
(I not so secretly hope to taste the blueberry jam too Ringo)

we think your mom is probably not gonna share that :)

That looks like a fun tunnel and the jam looks good- you don't want that though- too sticky on your furs.

I have been puzzling recently over this aluminum sieve strainer I found in my garage. I did not know what it was for until I saw it in your photos here. I kept it because I did not know what it was. I remember my wife making jam years back, but I was not watching that closely. Mystery solved thanks to Ringo.

Love the photos of Ringo!

And congrats to you for doing the homemade jam -sounds scrumptious.

I too am curious what the odd-shaped pink cat toy is? (on behalf of Elliot and the girls)

We 'spect you wouldn't like the blueberry jam Ringo, but you'd sure look cute with some on your nose. :)
