Chewy.com review: Wellness Morsels food

This month's reviewed item is Wellness Morsels wet food. We received the chicken and turkey flavor.

The good: Grain free (no wheat, corn, artificial preservatives or colors)
The not-so-good: Pouches can be messy to use and aren't recyclable

This food is chunky style with gravy and what appears to be carrot bits.

I tested this out on the boys, since they are less likely to eat new foods. (Sadie is our resident garbage can.) Both readily ate the food.

However, neither cleaned their bowls. Benny's in on the left and Ringo's on the right.

The second time I tried it, Sadie ate everything, and Benny ate about half.

So, overall, it's mixed results. Sadly, I doubt I would buy this food again. Perhaps if it didn't have the carrots in it it would be more appealing?

Disclaimer: We received some food in exchange for an honest review. These comments are our own.

I will never understand the need of BPF to put carrots in cat food

We probably wouldn't eat the carrots. And the mom doesn't like pouches much either.

Great review. I'll have to test it out on my furbabies. I'll eat the carrots for them. LOL

Those chunks look kind of big, I bet my cats wouldn't enjoy them.
