Of course, I'll never be able to find where I read that. It was some US vs. UK thing - you know, like "elevators" vs. "lifts". Basically, where a rescue group in the US might ask you to promise your new cat will be inside-only, one in the UK would ask if s/he will have appropriate access to the outdoors.Amynoreply@blogger.com
