Our friend Rosie went to the Bridge yesterday morning. I had hoped to be there with Susan when she went to the vet's, but Rosie collapsed early in the morning, and Susan moved up the appointment to end Rosie's suffering.
She was a sweet, sweet girl. Run free, Rosie. You are free from pain now. Thanks to the Cat Blogosphere for making this graphic.
We were sorry to read that she had passed. It just seems so impossibly hard to say goodbye, even when it's a mercy. :-(
