Cookie decorating "help"

I recently baked and frosted Christmas cut-out cookies. I knew Benny would stick around, because he loves my homemade buttercream frosting

Did you say FROSTING?
Is this frosting? Oh yuck, it's M&Ms!

Ringo jumped up and immediately helped himself to a cookie!
Hey, it's a smorgasboard! Score!

He mostly wanted the frosting, so I let him lick it a while.*

*After he was done, I ate it. I can't let a good cookie go to waste. . .

  1. Ha! Ringo's a great taste-tester. Our human likely would have eaten the cookie too! :-)

Merry Christmas, guys. We hope you have a *good* holiday.

    Purrs and peace.

  3. Good boys! So lucky to have their own personal Christmas Cookie baker! And, for what it's worth I would have eaten the "licked" cookie too!

  4. *Excellent plan on your part. :-)

I had two out of three cats locked in the den last night as I made my first batch of cookies. Elliot was still eager to try a few from the cooling rack when I let them back out.

  5. I swear kitties are children covered in fur. They are adorable.

  6. My human refuses to share her food with us. She is a snob.

  7. I'd do the same thing - I couldn't throw a good cookie away!

None of my cats have shown the least bit of interest in my baking...even the icing. Perhaps I need your recipe. ;)
