Is July 4th over yet?

This is Sadie. I sure hope July 4th is over. Fireworks really scare me, and I hide in the basement. My people don't set off fireworks, but others in the neighborhood do.


I finally came upstairs to sleep in this basket of laundry. Maybe now I can relax a little.



Holidays are sure tiring.

    Sadie, I am not so sure how I feel about fireworks - every time there is a loud noise, my human gives me a treat! So I am beginning to think they are not so bad.

    Surprisingly, we did very well ignoring fireworks this year. I was surprised.

    I think the 4th of July is a least favorite holiday for kitties-- no gifts or treats and too much noise.
