First open window of the year

This is Lucy. Mom says it's been a cold spring, so we haven't gotten to have any open windows yet. But, she opened one a crack for me on a warmer day.

Oh boy, the smells, the wind, the birds!

Is that a fly? Oh boy, a snack!

    Open windows are a treat. Even though we have a catio, it only has a view on one side of the house. Other open windows afford variety. Glad you enjoy the fresh air, and dispatch that fly quickly, please!

    We never know what the weather's going to be like around here! One day, it's open windows, the next day the air conditioner goes on, then another day, my human pulls out her sweaters again! Sheesh.
