Sadie's new bed?

Since Sadie has found the stovetop so interesting lately, I put a little fleece blanket it on there for her. She ignored it for the first day but has since decided that it's a good place to rest.*

*She is not allowed up there when I am in the kitchen cooking, of course. We guess she likes this spot because she can oversee Lucy.

That's a dangerous place to nap, Sadie, but we bet you are all about being adventurous and living life on the edge (our sister Tessa is the same way). Plus, your fur goes so well with the stovetop colors! Double win! MOL!

I agree with Colehaus about it being a dangerous place. We have a gas range which is even more dangerous, and there is much shouting and banging if you go up there! She does look cute though!

We love the new spot, Sadie. You do now have a nice view from above if Lucy is around. Thanks for the share. Enjoy your new spot.

Humans will never understand the appeal of certain places for a cat to sleep in; there is no logic, but we just put up with it 'cause you all look so darn cute when you are napping...right, Sadie?!?

Such a beauty. How sweet of you to give her a blankie.

Yeah, soft blankets. My cats love them too. When I put a blanket somewhere they usually lie there :)
