When we were at our mother-in-law's, she insisted I take some things from her house (she lives in an assisted living facility but hasn't sold her house yet). She gave me a big roasting pan and some other kitchen items. I put a blanket in the pan to cushion everything.
When we brought it in the house, I set it on the counter. Lucy thought it made a great bed.
Lucy has a great idea; metal cat beddys! With a thick blanket, they are purrfectly kitty-sized.
