Easter lamb cake 2013

In following tradition, I made this year's Easter lamb cake. Overall, it turned out well, except that one ear is a little shorter than the other. It didn't release well from the mold and despite trying to "glue" it with frosting, it just wouldn't stay in place.



He is stored away in the freezer until Easter. I hope to prevent a repeat of the disaster from 2011.

    Psst, toothpicks hold on pieces that stick to the pan like that, along with frosting 'spackle'!
