UPDATE: Tucker pooped this morning, so I took a sample to the vet's before work. Hooray for poop!
Tucker has been sleeping a lot this week (expected, of course!) and he prefers our bed right now. I've been reading quietly next to him.

I gave him a heating pad, set on warm, against his back, which he loved.
I tried to get a photo of his bony-ness, but it's hard to capture.
The cats are slowly making progress. Sadie and Benny are ignoring him, or just staying away, which is preferable from the lunging and hissing from a couple of days ago. We can leave them out in the house when we are home, but still separate Tucker when we're away. He doesn't seem to mind, and just sleeps.
Awwww Tucker! So good to see you home and loved and resting! Yay! Take care

When I first started reading I scanned down and thought you wrote "bony-a**.." ha!
ReplyDeleteHe's got an excellent place to recuperate. Great idea on the heating pad, too.
Oh Tucker...
ReplyDeleteI just saw the map and you travelled so very far. And without tunnels or egg beaters or anything. MOUSES!
I sure am happy you're home now, safe and sound. You must have been so scared, all alone like that for so long. Don't ever wander away like that again, okay? Okay. 'Nough said.
Purrs,
Nissy
poor boy.....sounds like everything is getting back on track
ReplyDeleteTucker, it must feel so good to have your bed and noms back!
ReplyDeleteSleep nice and safe now that you are home, Tucker. And a heating pad. How good that must feel!
ReplyDeleteYou are very loved.
Please don't get lost again, okay?
QUINN
Fingers and paws crossed for the results of the tests!
ReplyDeleteIf I were Tucker, I'd be sleeping lots too - as hard as your ordeal was looking for him, I get the sneaking suspicion his was probably even worse.
ReplyDeleteSoon all the stink of being outdoors will be off of him and the communal scent will be re-established.
ReplyDeleteI just love how happy he looks on the heated pad..
It made me all misty to see Tucker all curled up and safe! How about if you exchange some bedding for scent-marking?
ReplyDeleteAw, poor Tucker. He must be worn out from that "advernture" he had. If only he could talk....
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing like home sweet home after experiencing such an ordeal. Tucker, you look so content and happy again. Mommy and Daddy will have to re-scent you so you smell like yourself again.
ReplyDeleteOh thank God your sweet Tucker is home! We are so, so happy for you and him and for this news! It is great that everything checked out fine at the Vets too. Purrs of peace and harmony for the kitties integrating back with each other.
ReplyDeletePoor Tucker. We know the stress must have been exhausting!
ReplyDeleteThis moved me to tears, he is really grateful to be quietly home isn't he!
ReplyDeleteTucker went through a lot in his ordeal, but all that is fading away now. It's so good to know that he is home and safe.
