Benny has been so good with Ringo, and they have even played a few times together already. It's hesitant, but no hissing or aggressive behavior. I managed to get one blurry shot of them playing on the cat tree. Ringo is fascinated by his "big brother" and follows him everywhere. Benny has been so patient with him.
Sadie has not wanted to interact with Ringo yet. She's made a bit of progress in the past couple of days, but generally stays away from him. I've been praising her, giving treats, and letting her retreat as needed. I think in time she will adjust.
Oh Ringo, look at you silly boy. Looks like you are having one fantastic time. Take care.
ReplyDeleteLovely to meet Ringo!!! He's beautiful! Awwwwwww!!! Take care

Good job Benny. We have noticed here that even with so many fosters, Ivy is about the last to decide that the new kittens are ok.
ReplyDeleteCute 'tock shot of Ringo. :-)
ReplyDeleteYep, most of the time it's the females that have problems with the new arrivals. Good luck!
Ringo is a kitten on the move! It sounds like you've got great progress between all three really it's been such a short period of time. Glad it is working so well.
ReplyDeleteIt sounds to me like everything is going well - even with Sadie. She is just slower to come around.
ReplyDeletesome people fail to respect that staying away is huge progress for a cat.. Their life is all about territory and making sure they have enough of what they need to get by. By not continually challenging Ringo she is saying, I have enough, thank you, you can have that over there..
ReplyDeletehopefully soon she can enjoy Ringo and enjoy his kittenish ways..
We're sure Ringo will win everybuddy over!
ReplyDeleteHow can anyone resist those cute 'tocks? We're glad to hear that Ringo is fitting in.
ReplyDeleteHow sweet of Benny to be so patient with him! We're sure that Ringo will win everyone over before you know it.
ReplyDeleteAre you mooning us, Ringo? You sure have a cute butt. So good to hear everyone is making progress. Ringo will win them over. It's cute how he follows big brother Benny around.
ReplyDeleteThat is great about Benny! In time, I am sure they will both adjust!
ReplyDeleteAction Kitten! That's so sweet that Ringo and Benny are hitting it off. 4 years later I'm still holding out hope for my girls!
