Sadie has come a long way in accepting Ringo's presence. She still isn't thrilled with him, but she can tolerate a lot more before she hisses or swats at him.
I was beyond thrilled when she let Ringo join me in my lap.
This third photo made me laugh. Jim and I have joked that Sadie has taken on Tucker's personality in disliking a younger cat.
Eventually, they both went to sleep.
That is awesome, the similar photo with Tucker. :) And happy belated Gotcha Day to Miss Sadie!
ReplyDeleteHuzzah!
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, Miss Sadie does appear to be channeling Tucker in that pic.
That third photo is a riot. Ringo does have his paw on her tail, so can't blame Sadie for being annoyed. That is so great that they are getting along so well. Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteMe too would look grumpy if I had another cat´s paw on my tail :)
ReplyDeleteah yes, what goes around comes around :)
ReplyDeleteOn Sadie's part, it may have been the sleep of the disgruntled, but it looks like there's progress! Binga is getting used to me too - she's still grouchy, but she does not seem scary to me anymore!
ReplyDeleteI love the similar stink eye look
ReplyDeleteNow they are siblings! Older sisters just don't appreciate younger brothers! But Sadie has a kind heart, doesn't she!
ReplyDeleteThe fleece blanket went a long way towards detente, we bet!
ReplyDeleteThose are awesome photos of Lady Sadie and Ringo. They made me smile and laugh.
ReplyDeleteWe're so glad Sadie is coming around and beginning to tolerate Ringo. :)
ReplyDeleteWonderful progress Good thing, because it would appear he's rapidly catching up to her in size!
ReplyDeleteI think they are going to end up being the BEST of furiends!
ReplyDeleteIt definitely looks like Sadie and Ringo are making progress! :)
ReplyDeleteAwww so sweet! Glad Sadie is coming around. They are both super cute.
