Thrifty Thursday: Hallmark cat plaque

I recently found this adorable Hallmark cat plaque at the St. Vincent dePaul. I liked the sentiment and puffy calico cat.

I gave this to our friend Susan as a "gag" gift for part of her birthday present. (I do hope she actually likes it though.)
