Benny is our proverbial middle child, easy going and the peacemaker. He has been wonderful with Ringo, just like he was with Sadie 6 years ago. Being that Benny is now 14, we give him some breaks from Ringo and his crazy antics.
Recently, Benny jumped on my lap. Soon, Ringo wanted up too, primarily to bite at Benny to play. After we gently told Ringo "no" a few times, he quickly settled down next to Benny for a nap.
Squee alert!
This scene reminded me a little of the first time Sadie snuggled next to Benny. She was much smaller, though.
