Ringo and Sadie flashbacks: Sitting with some friends

Jim emailed me this photo, wanting to get a print made for a frame. It's baby Ringo sitting next to a little basket of kittens  (it's a puppet).

It reminded me of baby Sadie. She would sit next to stuffed animals the first few weeks we had her.

Addition to my kitty wind chime collection

A few weeks ago, I posted about my cat wind chimes. I'm happy to say that our friend Susan has given us another one!

It's a petite one, not more than 10" or so long. It has the sweetest tone.

I thought I had shared this before, but I could not find a scan of it, so I obviously had not. This is my favorite photo of my childhood cat, Berries. She was 5-6 months old and lounging in a garden hose. This photo shows her personality so well.

She died in 2006 at the age of 19. She will always have a special place in my heart. I miss you, Berries.

From December 2011. Sadie has always loved hiding under the bed, near the corner. She'll sit there and wait for something to happen. She still likes doing that today. It's quite adorable and charming.

I don't remember ever sharing this photo from June 2011. A friend made me a custom switchplate from tinplate. Near the bottom of the girl's dress is a kitty! It is still in my craft room.

Friday flashback: Hand-holding Benny

Tucker update: His personality is starting to return, and he's eating with more gusto now. He is still very clingy, but frankly, we are too and don't mind being close to him.

From July 2012. Benny likes to hold hands with us, and it's so cute.
