I found a rather unusual pin recently.
Bonus! This isn't secondhand, since I purchased it new at Marshall's over the weekend. I couldn't resist the design of this shirt.

I was delighted that my sister gave me some cat pins for Christmas! I'm not sure where she found them.
I had a version of the red heart pin, but it's not quite the same:
Today I have a few things to share. First is this CD. In the 1980s there was a "girl group" I really liked, but like many groups, they released a couple of albums and disappeared. I was thrilled to find one of their CDs. I've never seen any of their music on CD before. And even better, this group recently reunited and put out a new album!
Enjoy the 1980s-ness of this photo!
I also found two new cat pins. I'm in love with the rhinestone one. I don't think it's very old but I love its vintage look.
I'm a little late in posting this, but here's this year's cat-themed Halloween carved pumpkin. Ringo was curious when I was setting up the newspapers on the floor, but he didn't stick around long.
It's timely that I found this Halloween pin last week (and I've already worn it). It's a JJ pin. JJ is a company that made lots of cat pins, but I hadn't seen this one before.
I found two cute items recently. The item on the left is a patch. I plan to apply it to a piece of luggage. The other is a Halloween stamp set. The cat wrapped in the toilet paper just cracked me up, but the other animals are cute too.
I've found three new-to-me cat pins in recent weeks.
This one is neat and has "Liz Claiborne" written on the back. It was hard to photograph so please ignore the reflection.
I had the gold-colored pin on the left and found its "twin" on the right.
And finally, this Christmas pin, another one that was difficult to photograph.
I love to read cozy mysteries with cats in them, and found the first two books in a new-to-me series recently.
And these weren't from a thrift store, but given to me new last fall as a gift. I finally was able to put them out in the yard last week. They are nearly the size of actual cats!
I have more jewelry today. A friend of mine gifted me a belated Valentine's Day gift, this adorable necklace.
I also found a Halloween pin. It's small but very cute.
I was delighted to find four new-to-me cat pins in the past 10 days or so. In one visit, I found three at one time! To anyone who is wondering, yes, I do wear them. I wear one pretty much any day I go to the office (3 days per week). It's fun and often a good conversation piece.
I debated for a while if the guy was a cat, but given the long whiskers and tail, I said yes he's a cat.
Look at this trifecta! I adore the big pin; each cat has tiny green rhinestone eyes.
I haven't posted any new items in a while. First, I found this fun St. Patty's cat shirt.
I also found a solar-powered cat lawn ornament. It needed a little TLC. These are before:
After some paint and a new rechargeable battery, here's the after photos.
I was delighted to fine two new-to-me cat pins in a thrift store recently. I really like the one that spells "cat."
I also received a belated Christmas gift from a coworker. She and I often talk about thrifting and she also loves going to antique stores. She found this Christmas 45 vinyl record and thought I would like it. Cats have been used forever to sell pretty much everything! There's no date on the album.
I found a sterling silver cat pin of a cat wearing a cowboy hat. It needed some TLC, so I'm posting photos before and after I used silver polish.
So shiny!
I present this year's Halloween pumpkin: Witch Hello Kitty holding a broom. I admit it's not my best work, as it was a difficult pattern. However, it's still pretty cute lit up.
It's been a while since I've posted any thrift finds, so I have a few items this time.
First, I've found two pins recently.
I love cat puzzles and have found two of those.
I especially like the Buffalo brand of cat puzzles. They have a bunch of them.
