Lucy: I heard Mom say that our catnip candy corn looks worn. She'd better not try and throw it away, like she tried to with our catnip tomato! I'm holding on to this toy.

Lucy, yes, humans do that sort of thing...just when you've got a toy in the purrfect condition...bam! they want to get rid of it! Do Not Let Go!

Keep it safe, Lucy! Cat toys should never be thrown away. Mudpie has one of those...but I'm not sure where it is...
Don’t let go of it, Lucy. We have some toys that are really old and yucky looking but we won’t let the mom throw them away.
