The cats' favorite wand toy is almost falling apart. Have you seen one like it? I got it at a locally-owned dollar store about five years ago (it has since gone out of business). They came two to a pack, I think, and measure about 13" long. As you can see, this wand is permanently bent from lots of play time.

This post is long overdue, but I haven't had the energy or desire to write it. This year has been full of ups and downs. My mom's ca...

I have my fingers crossed for you all. Hope you find your toy!!
Mama has her fingers crossed. I have just made a wish to Bast. (I don't have fingers).
Of course this is important!!! I think you could make one with some fuzzy fabric glued to a piece of plastic. Also, my cats love peacock feathers. They don't last long but then I use the rest of the feather for crafts (after carefully washing them LOL).
I know how important this is. We looked for a replacement for Wizards favorite toy for months. We never found it.
Our mom is going to be close to our Dollar Store today and she knows they have some wand cat toys so she'll see if that is one of them. She printed out the first page of your blog to take it with her.
Keeping our paws crossed she finds it!
Ahhhh I hope you find another or can craft one close to this one. I will make mommy check our $tores here tomorrow.
Mommy is a big Beatles fan also!! We love all the early songs before they became real popular.
Love Misses Peach
Mom checked the dollar store and the only wand toys they had were the kind with the string on the top and the toy on the end of the string. We are sorry, but she'll keep her eyes open still in her shopping travels.
We thank everyone for the help so far! One friend located something at Petsmart that might work if we modify it. We cats wished we could drive there right now, but our people say we have to wait until they get there.
