Improvements in Sadie

I'm still in my sling and typing is one handed. I wanted to give an update on Sadie. Since getting her dental in late August, she has become a new cat! She is not hiding and now eats dinner in the kitchen. While she still dislikes Lucy, she no longer hides from her and even chased her once.

She's doing so well, in fact, that we are weaning her off of the Prozac she's been on. So far, it's going well, but if we see any signs of overgrooming we'll put her back on it.

Go Sadie!

Scooby had a bad tooth that was being absorbed a few weeks back, and he is happier than ever, if that is possible. Mouth pain makes a lot of difference in cat behavior.

Good job Sadie!! Hopefully her issues were tied to the dental problems and she will be much better now

Wow - who'd have thought?

Hmm, maybe I should be trying for a closer look at Elliot's teeth...

That's great news! Sometimes having problem teeth makes a kitty grouchy. Well, I imagine it makes humans grouchy too when they have painful teeth.

That's wonderful news that Sadie is doing better with Lucy, as is the news your surgery went well! We haven't been by for some time (blame the mom bean). Geez we sure miss a lot.

Have a great week efurrybody!
