Review: Cat Amazing puzzle toy #catamazing with GIVEAWAY

We were contacted by Cat Amazing and asked to review their puzzle toy. When we first saw the toy, we admit we weren't sure if the cats would be interested, but agreed to give it a try. The reviews on Amazon were quite good, especially for smart kitties.

The Cat Amazing is a cardboard puzzle toy. It arrives flat in two pieces, the box (right) and the insert that goes inside (left). It comes inside a nice folder.

The instructions are simple and it takes just a minute or so to assemble it. You fold up the box first.

Then you fold the insert and set it inside the box.

See the color coding? There are three levels of difficulty. Green is the easiest and yellow is more challenging.

I put some treats inside and let Ringo and Lucy at it. It took just a moment of pointing out to Lucy before she understood it.

The next morning, I woke up to this:

Someone (likely Lucy) got creative in finding ways to extract the treats! The good news is that this box is pretty strong and it will withstand a lot of bites and chews.

You can also put toys inside instead of treats. Or try both at the same time!

Cat Amazing was nice enough to donate a Cat Amazing to Elmbrook Humane Society, where we adopted Ringo from, as part of their Shelter Enrichment Program. Two paws up for that!

They also offered a GIVEAWAY (sorry, but to the U.S. only)!

Leave a comment and you're entered to win. We'll draw a random winner on July 5!

Da Boyz would really enjoy this, since they stick their paws into everything that they find interesting! Thanks for the giveaway!

TW would never be able to assemble that and neither would Pop I bet. HAH! Dunno is I'd use it or not.

We have one of these, and I'm surprised Binga never destroyed it!

Hehehehe. I could see Bear do something like that! Last night, Ellie was laying on the box (and she's a hefty girl) and it held up great. I was expecting it to crush! You're already a pro, Lucy!

That looks like fun. :)

Ha, the chewing pic just made me remember a treat dispenser toy I had years ago. It had a fabric pouch that some cat quickly chewed open rather than digging with her paw.

Minchie would have loved this! Maybe if it had treats inside Laila might try it. Way to go, Lucy!

We have three cats (one belonging to my daughter and will move with her when she moves out). Actually, she was supposed to move in with her boyfriend when he got a job and apartment close to where we live, but finding bedbugs on the first week had him bring his two cats to our house and now he's living here until they find another place. So, we have five cats and of course, there's stress with two sets of cats who are having to get to know each other without the time to introduce them slowly. Having a toy they can share and that doesn't belong to either set of cats would be a great way to get them together and get the to bond.
