Tomato harvest
The above photo shows how I've kept busy lately. My tomatoes are ripening like crazy! I've canned 18 jars of salsa and frozen three quarts of whole tomatoes in five days.
I'm thankful for the bounty. With the cool spring, not all of my plants survived and I wasn't sure how many fruits would grow. Unfortunately, the same can't be said of my green peppers. Out of the four plants I had, only one has small peppers on it.

Fresh tomatoes! Mom likes the little sweet ones. She eats them right off the vine. You have been busy. I do not know many people that actually 'can' any longer.
I like tomatoes...I don't eat them, I just like to play with them...mom can't leave any on the counter, I always knock them off.
