It's my fourth year of using old silk ties to dye Easter eggs. Here's my 2009, 2010, and 2011 results.
Thankfully, Sadie has not discovered the basket or the grass yet. Now, I need to keep my eyes open for silk ties--I am nearly out of fabric.

The eggs are lovely! I love this technique. I hope it takes Sadie a long time to find the basket and grass.
