Cool weather begins what I call "lap competitions." My lap seems to be the most popular and it's always a race to see which mancat will occupy it. Sometimes, they will share space nearby if they have to.

Aw, we think that's cute! There's no competition for our human's lap, because Derry is the only one of us who is a "lap" kitty. Though Nicki likes to be beside the human. :-)
