I have an exciting gardening event to share. A couple of weeks ago, I posted photos of my native Wisconsin cactus. I've had it 6 or 7 years, but it's never bloomed. Well, it finally is blooming this year, and I'm thrilled.

Most people do knot know that the yellow prickly pare is the true yellow rose of Texas
