This is Ringo. Mom says I'm getting good at my yoga and scrunching techniques. I like to practice them in her lap.
I scrunch my eyes real tight.
And relax my paws.

Ringo, that is a pretty good Yoga move. We do some Yoga moves too. At the moment, it is too hot to move at all. Have a good week end.
