It's been wonderful seeing Lucy fill out and get healthy, and to see her personality emerge. It's hard to believe she's the same cat! Her fur was thin and dirty, and she was underweight.
Taken the night of her spay, when she sat on my lap for the first time. |
A few days after bringing her inside. |
About one month later. |
She was so thin! |
Five months later. Living the good life! |
Taken two weeks ago. She looks wonderful (but I am biased)! |
It seems like she's always lived here. We both love her so much.

We don't choose the cat; the cat chooses US! And, obviously, Lucy wanted YOU!
Lucy is doing amazingly well.
What a gift Lucy is! I found Bear on the streets. When I decided to adopt him, I was really worried about how he'd adjust to being indoor only - but we didn't have even one issue. He knew what to do with a litter box and was so excited to have an ever-full bowl of food. He was pretty scrawny too. Other than to prove he COULD escape if he wanted - he seemed to forget there was an outside entirely. I don't know how we got so lucky that such amazing and beautiful kitties found us - but I'm in awe!
She's a cutie! Glad she's doing well.
You were just what Lucy needed.
You've done such a great job of helping Lucy flourish!
Perhaps Tucker had a hand in having Lucy find you. She's such a lovely girl, and it's so wonderful she's part of the family.
Eileen
so glad her angles are gone.
