UPDATE ON BLACKIE!
I talked to some neighbors, the ones who allowed us to put traps on their property last winter. I told them about us adopting Lucy. . and they are trying to make Blackie their indoor cat. Hooray! My hope in time is that, as the weather cools, he will want to stay in their house. (They have other cats that are indoor only.) This made my day!

Being a long cat is good for looking out of doors! Blackie is so handsome and hope he eventually becomes an indoor kitty.

Ringo is very determined to get a look out of that door. Looks like Blackie has a future to look forward to.
We will hope they can get Blackie to become an indoor-only cat and that he works just as hard to get along with his future house mates!
