Thrifty Thursday--a vintage pin and more


It is uncommon to find older pins at thrift stores, but once in a while I see them. I found this cute kitty in a basket.


Using a flashlight and magnifier, I was able to read the text on the back that said "Germany." A friend told me this wording means it's pre WWII, which is older than I'd first assumed.

And while it is not a cat, this dog rubber stamp is adorable.
