Ringo, we'd all be happy with a thunderstorm, since we haven't had rain in awhile...but lots and lots and LOTS of fireworks have been going off!
If it is not fireworks it is thunderstorms! Glad you have a safe place to hide! We have hidey holes too! 🐱🐱🐱
Oh, Ringo, you remind Mommy so much of Lexy. She was terrified of the fireworks this year and was hiding.

I don't know about your area, but they were definitely worse this year than they've been in the past here.
