There's an Ultimate Cat Scratching post in the room where I both work and do my exercise workouts. Ringo likes to sit on top of the post and wait for pets or attention while I work out.
I haven't been allowed to do any sort of exercise until Monday, when I got the clearance to start (seated only) routines. I'm slowly easing into it, beginning with stretches and PT work. Yesterday I tried a short seated routine with hand weights. Ringo came and sat behind me. It was adorable.

My human thinks you are lucky to have a workout buddy! I usually steer clear when she pulls out the weights or turns on a YouTube workout video.
