For anyone who's familiar with the area, I stayed at Hotel Murano (formerly a Sheraton, I was told) in downtown Tacoma. I stayed on the 23rd floor. Here is the view from my room.

What a beautiful view--mama would love to go to Washington state one day.

Wow what a view! I haven't been there in years. My dad grew up there, so we would go back and see his parents while they were still alive and living there. I love it out there and miss visiting - this is a great reminder!
