Miniature violet

I can't help myself when it comes to violet plants. Recently, while shopping with a girlfriend I found a little tiny variety of violet. This photo doesn't show the scale.

Then I put one of my "normal sized" violets next to it for comparison.

I am thankful that a) violets are safe for kitties and b) the cats don't seem interested in them.

So pretty! I'm terrible when it comes to flowering (indoor) plants, and only so-so with perennials and annuals. LOL.

Cute! My only issue with my violets is that the cat hair seems to magically float through the air and cling to the leaves. :-)

Is the extra-large violet on the left one that originated from my collection?

Those are pretty little violets, I think. It's funny 'cause I just let my peep borrow the computer to write up a journal 'bout another kind of violet... pansies. Hehehe... a coincidence of sorts! purrs

Oh, that is such a cute tiny violet! I'm not really a flower person, but I LOVE tiny things! Probably a leftover from my childhood obsession with dollhouses...
