I recently bought some new rugs to put in front of the litter box. One evening, Sadie decided to sit on one of them for a while.

Looks like a nice spot to hang out. Nothing wrong with that. We used to have a rug by our box too (LOVE your box, btw) but one of us thought it would be better IN the box, like, every day. So, no rug for us. Tip: Leave the rug where it is and enjoy! Purrs....
Typical of a calico--they do what they want--and you wanted to loaf on that rug!
