Since Tucker's death, Sadie has changed. Of all the cats, she was the most upset with the household changes, and the slowest in accepting Ringo. However, now that she has, they regularly play together. It warms my heart to see them zooming around the house.
Though she is mostly a Daddy's girl, she has started to seek out my lap lately too. I think she is happier than she has been in a long time.

We're glad Sadie is happier now. She looks so lovely. Smooches to her from us!
sweet girl - it is interesting to see that changes as things happen in our households
Glad to hear that Sadie is a happier girl now :)
The cats do not forget their old friends. If I call the name of a cat that has passed, the others look about for him or her. It is sad. I also decided to try the "linkwithin" widget you are using.
I guess it takes some cats longer to adjust than others. Binga did not like me right away - to put it mildly! But now we are pals.
They grieve, too. She is adjusting to the new situation
We're glad she's doing better. She's such a pretty girl.

So glad Sadie is much happier now and she and Ringo love playing together. She looks like a very happy little girl.
it is always so interesting what happens when the cat dynamic changes - for whatever reason. I'm glad she seems happier..
