There's a cat bed at the base of our upstairs cat tree that I rarely see anyone use, yet I know it's used because there is cat hair in it.

I think some cat beds of mine have some supernatural reason why no cat will use them, even though they are nicer than the ones they are sleeping on; and yes, always it's the most expensive beds that are shunned!
