Recently, I was inspired by a regular feature at The Island Cats called "What's that Wally doing?"
Since our gang steals (or tries to steal) so many food items, I wanted to highlight this. I'm calling it "You ate WHAT?"
To get you started, here's a list of what the cats have already tried to eat
that has been posted on this blog, along with the guilty party(ies):

We're all really good, don't each much in the way of human food, or even want to. Nicki likes a bit of yogurt, and Annie was known to nibble on a rare piece of popcorn (it's not something the mom often has), but other than that...Nada.
It always amazes the mom when cats go for something sweet, since they can't taste sweet and have only 400-something taste buds. She wonders what it is about the food! :-)
Mac and Kirby love mini 'nilla Wafers! they all love Twinkies!
Love the special logo for this feature. And, ahem, we already know Aerin is my 'Mediterreanean cat' with a taste for olive oil. Cassie is more true to her classic Dairyland barn cat heritage - and loves a stray bit of butter.
Looks like a well balanced meal to us from all the important food groups!
Gorgeous Sadie, Lovely Benny and
Sweet Tucker! You each have a discerning palate for all things yummy!!! Yay for you!! LOL! Take care

Oops. Sorry for the double post. PC had a hiccup .....
Hm, that is a cool idea! Lets see, on that list one or more of us have tried #1 (Gus loves potato chips and mom gives him a small piece sometimes), and 4 - only buttered popcorn and most of us were not impressed.
We are going to guess hm, Pop Tarts. Cats like sweet things, so that is why we picked it. Someone at our house stole a packaged pop tart and ripped open the package and ate it - so they must have special cat-attracting ability, which is why we picked it.
Great new feature! And I love the entry with Sadie and the hostess cupcakes - she looks so teeny next to them! Melly doesn't often get the opportunity to eat people food, but Scarlett looooves to lick my plate when I'm done eating - gross, I know, but it makes her so happy!
We're crazy about CHEESE here, but then, we're Wisconsin kitties!
