I've been trying to cuddle Benny more on my lap, since he loves the warmth. Sadie got very mad that "her" spot was taken and would not share my lap.
So, for now I'm taking shifts--an hour per kitty.

Ah we have nightly shifts at my house. Or rather, each night, the cat who didn't get on the lap the night before arrives earlier to get the spot!
Ah, yes, the need to convince cats to share. My mornings tend to consist of Cassie solo, first, then Elliot on my knees and Aerin on my shoulders for joint custody as I finish my coffee and headline-reading on my Kindle. Good luck to all.

Too cute! The cat that my parents had when I was born was a lap cat and didn't like my intrusion, so when my mom would be holding me in her arms he would be down on her legs :)
